Magnet Insertion & Drill Guide Jig For Axolote Hex Walls

These are magnet insertion and drill guides tools for Axolote Hex walls styles A, B, C, BAB, CC, D, E, and Corners. It works with the short and tall versions also.

It turns out that 5x2mm round magnets fit snugly into the vertical slots of Axolote Hex walls and corners. This allows walls to be connected quickly using magnets, eliminating the need for special wall connector tiles, clips, and bases. These tools allow for precise drilling of bottom magnet holes and easy insertion of magnets into bottom and sides of walls.

If you don't want to use bottom magnets to attach to the tiles standard wall connector posts can still be used to connect walls and corners to tile bases, using the short version of the connector.

3/16" Drill Bit will get you a press fit, a light pass with a debur tool makes it a little easier.  5mm Drill Bit will get you a slip fit and a little glue will hold them nicely.
